, ,As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be providing equipment & tools rental services to construction, industrial industries and manufacturing facilities across Downtown Toronto. You will primarily be selling to purchasing departments. You will be focusing on finding new business opportunities while strengthening existing clients' relationships within the territory of downtown Toronto. This position offers first year guarantee $70,000 plus monthly commissions, equipped with a company vehicle, gas card and a lot more perks!

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Head office - Bonita Springs, FL
- Regional Office - Downtown Toronto/North York, Ontario
- Flexible working from home, and at the office as well as travelling time visiting clients on-site

Primary Sales Territory: East of downtown Toronto, covering from Yonge Street east to just past the 404/DVP, and from the lake north to approximately Eglinton Ave

Secondary: Directly north of the primary territory, spanning from Bloor Street to Highway 401, and from Yonge Street east to just past the DVP
- Full-time - Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2- 5 years of sales experience selling similar rental equipment
- 2-5 years of Outside Sales experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excel - Basic
- PowerPoint -Basic
- MS Word - Basic
- Salesforce.com CRM - Basic

• Rental Equipment including Earthmoving, Material Handling, Aerial, Climate Control, Small Tools, Trucks, Temporary Power
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION-MAKER(S):
- Purchasing Department, Mid-Management
- Small-Medium Businesses
SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:
- The average project size is $5000 - $200,000 +
- Average revenue by customer $100,000 +
- Average length of sales cycle 1-2 days, 1 - 4 weeks

LEADS:
• 75% Prospecting/Cold Calling

SUPPORT & TRAINING:
- Job Shadowing
- Mentoring
- Classroom
- 1 -2 months of sales training
- 1 - 2 months of technical training
- Within 2- 3 months you will be selling to clients
