As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from potential home sellers. Your role is to build rapport quickly, uncover the true motivations behind each call, and set appointments for the outside sales team to close. This position offers a $45,000 base salary with commission potential that can bring the total earnings to $70,000–$80,000 or more, with biweekly commission and a bonus structure. You will work primarily from home with occasional in-person meetings.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY: 

  • Head Office - Toronto, Ontario
  • Work from home, work from the office once a month for meetings
  • The sales territory is the Greater Toronto Area
  • Full-time - Working scheduled shifts including one weekend day and occasional evenings 

 

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience in customer-facing roles that require empathy and strong conversational skills
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound calls and building trust quickly with distressed or sensitive clients
  • Ability to ask thoughtful, disarming questions to uncover true client motivations and needs
  • Organized with strong attention to detail for CRM management and administrative follow-up
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as required
  • Local to the area to attend occasional in-person trainings and team meetings

  • Booking qualified appointments for the outside sales team to follow up and close
  • Following up on leads to generate new conversations and opportunities

  • 95% inbound leads from social media and inbound calls 
  • 5% self-prospected 

 

SUPPORT & TRAINING:
