, ,As an Inside sales representative for Education Savings Plans, you will focus on selling RESPs to parents looking for educational savings solutions for their children across Canada. The role is primarily outbound calling from the warm and cold lists supplied. Reporting to the Team Manager, the hybrid position offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 plus commissions, with a lot of other perks!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:
- Head office - Mississauga, ON
- This is a combination of a work-from-office and work-from-home position. (2 days in the office/3 days working from home)
- Sales territory: Canada-wide
- Full-time - Monday to Friday - Some evenings and Saturdays required
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
- Strong phone presence, adept in inbound and outbound calling
- Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Bilingualism (French/Mandarin/Cantonese) an asset
- Due to industry regulations, the candidate cannot have declared bankruptcy or an unclear criminal background.
- Licensing is not required for hiring. The first month of training is designed to onboard new hires and prepare them to obtain their license.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- MS Office - Intermediate
- Online Screen Sharing
- Experience using a CRM

The prospective customers are primarily parents.

- 7 booked phone appointments per day.
- Approximately 70 outbound prospecting calls per day.

- Calling warm existing clients
- Calling from the purchased leads list

- Less than 10%
