As a Marketing and CRM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team through digital and non-digital marketing initiatives, managing CRM systems, and updating pricing and promotional activities. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate product information and strategic marketing execution. This is a full-time, in-office role, the salary is $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND, & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM management, or a related role
  • Industry Experience: Experience in industrial equipment marketing is an asset
  • German proficiency is a strong advantage

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • CRM Management: Experience with Sage CRM (preferred) or other CRM platforms
  • Marketing Campaigns: Digital marketing, social media, and trade show coordination
  • Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or alike.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with Mac-based systems is preferred

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

•   Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based)

•   Manage the company’s social media presence (content creation, scheduling, and engagement)

•   Assist in creating brochures, product datasheets, and other promotional materials

•   Organize and coordinate trade shows, customer events, and webinars

•   Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

 

CRM Management & Reporting:

•   Oversee pricing updates and enter new products into the CRM system

•   Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales records in CRM

•   Generate reports on sales performance, pricing updates, and customer trends

•   Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align pricing strategies

 

Collaboration & Communication:

•   Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing materials with product offerings

•   Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

  • Collaboration & Ongoing Support: Regular meetings with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategies.
