, ,As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding service relationships across GTA. You’ll sell managed IT services — including support, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in industries such as legal, finance, logistics, and education. This is a full-cycle sales role involving prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, and ongoing relationship management. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 CAD (depending on experience), plus commission.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
Office Location: Mississauga, ON
Primary Territory: GTA
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week in office, remaining time remote or meeting clients
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Must have 3–5 years of experience selling Managed IT Services, including IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure solutions (MSP experience required)
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excel – Basic
- PowerPoint – Basic
- Word – Basic
- CRM – Experience with Autotask (or similar)
- Online Demos – Proficient in virtual presentation tools

Typical Account Value: $25,000–$100,000 in annual service agreements
SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:
Sales Cycle: 1 week for small clients; up to 3–6 months for larger accounts
Sales Mix: 75% new business / 25% account management (Year 1)
Sales Support: Templates, warm leads, and in-house technical team
