As a Key Account Manager – Commercial Lines, you’ll be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various industries. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on relationship management, coverage review, and policy servicing. You’ll work closely with clients and Sales Professionals to deliver tailored insurance solutions, oversee renewals, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role offers an $80,000-$85,000 salary, long-term career development, and access to a comprehensive suite of benefits and incentives.

THE LOCATION

  • Head office: Hamilton, ON
  • Work-from-office position – 4 days in-office
  • Inside and outside sales role – approximately 60% of the time is spent meeting clients in the field

 

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company (preferred)
  • R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designations is an asset
